Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Hospital - Al Khobar

As part of the Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Hospital project in Al Khobar, Manazel Al Safwah’s technical office team delivered advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) services with a Level of Development (LOD) 400. Our scope included the creation of complete BIM models covering all building systems and disciplines, enabling accurate representation of construction details. We performed comprehensive coordination and clash detection among architectural, structural, and MEP trades to ensure conflict-free execution. The output included fully integrated and coordinated construction drawings for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, supporting efficient site implementation and reducing rework during construction phases.
