As part of the Red Sea development initiative, our team undertook a comprehensive technical scope on the HE01 project, delivering the full concrete package for both the building structure and site-wide areas. This included precision execution of the drainage system installed beneath the raft foundation. Our technical office was responsible for ensuring accurate detailing, sequencing, and coordination with other trades, contributing to the structural integrity and long-term performance of this high-profile coastal development.
